This complex has now gone condo. It has changed names several times- Mariner's Cove to most recently Mariner's Cay. While the apartments are nice and the complex is on the intracostal and there is a nice pool, gym and man made beach, dealing with the management compnay has been nothing but disastrous from the moment we signed the lease. We obtained preconstruction prices and rented based on representations from the leasing office. The apartment was not what was represented to us. (Crown molding, french door and granitie counter tops were some of the features represented to us)Basically you cannot get anything fixed. Everything breaks and everything is falling apart. My Key pass to enter the complex has not worked for over 6 months now. The management office changes employees frequsntly and most of the time they cannot address your concerns adequately. I would not purchase here, never mind rent.
