Above average apartment - I lived at Creekside Park from October 2010 to 2011. Honestly, I think it was a bit pricey for the area. It is a gated community and I never had any safety issues. Office staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Maintence was good, they addressed things in a timely manner. I could often hear my neighbors if they were playing loud music or on a treadmill.
