First off, that first review sounds like it was written by the leasing office. Let me tell you what it was really like to live at 11E. For $1200 a month, this is you get: Power outages (3 times), Water outages (lost count), Evacuations due to the firm alarm going off erroneously (4), Air conditioning failure (3 times - once for an entire week, we had to find other accomodations, and I was only reimbursed for half of my expenses), 2 very public suicides with no concern/assistance from the management company, constant malfunctioning appliances, automobile thefts, unclean common areas, equipment in the workout room has and never will work, etc, etc, etc. I honestly could go on and on. Each and every one of these incidents has been brought to the attn of management with no resolution. Plus, they kept increasing the rent and even increased the water by 10 times with no adequate notice. Beware of this "community"!
