Had a great time From: vatoemperor Date posted: 5/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have been living here for about a year and have had none of the previously mentioned problems. Admitteddly I didn't have a lot of problems to start with and I don't use my AC a lot so I did not have to deal with maintanance. My neighbors were great, I spent a lot of time with them, and most of the residents seemed to be of a more professional class than at other apartments. I heard from a coworker that watched, from another building, one of the previously mentioned suicides (someone, apparently with lots of drugs/alcohol in them jumped off the building. I dont see how management can address that, aside from closing the awesome roof deck that is one of the best amenities that the building has to offer). The only really annoying thing is that there is no guest parking, and you don't want to park overnight street parking on the weekend. I have had no trouble with my car in the garage though. Overall had a great time, only hope I have to opportunity to move back downtown when my job permits.
