I enjoyed living there and may yet again. Yes, parking is bad, especially when there are events downtown. Yes, I've had outages of different sorts before. None of the issues I've had have been all that severe or have put upon me some hardship. Management was always helpful and responsive. You get one spot. Be prepared to shell out $80 or more for another spot anywhere nearby or take your chances on the street. The noise you get is from the street. I never heard my neighbors. The only reason I don't give 5 stars for safety is that it's downtown.
