I really liked the fact they are all single story and the rent is really cheap. You can tell they keep up with the property because it was nice and clean. For older apartments ... its is alright - I have lived at Lions Head Apts for about 9 -10 years. The apartments are older, but cannot beat the price. It is mainly quiet at night and most of the people here are ok. The maintence staff are ok and the office staff too are ok.
