Good Apartments/Better Value!! - I live in Villa Capri and the owners are NOT slumlords! I know the owners personally since one of them is in the office everyday. They are 3 brothers who are fair and very nice. They do there best to take care of there residents and even have a full time security officer who lives on property that you can call day or night if there were ever a problem. I think the people who rate them bad people ...Full review of Villa Capri II

Horrible Community - I have been living here since I got married in 2007 and the only reason I am still here is the fact that I signed a 3 year lease agreement. I have had to switch apartments twice due to plumbing issues. Also in the current apartment I am in there is a mold problem in the kitchen and bathroom and maintenance just comes to spray paint over the mold. About a year ago there were people getting Robbed ...Full review of Heather Ridge Apartments

ok, but not great - It was ok, but definitely nothing special. The 1st 2yrs, there were problems with older kids destroying property. They had to close one of the pools for over a month (during the summer) b/c the hood rats had emptied a few fire extenguishers in the pool...nice job of home training. I can't tell you the number of complaints that were called in b/c of these brats. I too, had problems ...Full review of Woodcreek Apartments

Great place to live!! - It is unfortunate that you feel that way as i have resided at the villas at mandarin bay for the last year. The office staff has always been courteous, professional and service requests are always done in a timely manner. I have not had any issues with roaches or rats. The landscaping here is great! I was provided with new carpet and appliances when I moved in! I would recommend this place ...Full review of Villas at Mandarin Bay

Resident - These apartments are badly managed, and only care about money! Management has a condescending attitude toward loyal tenents that pay full rent monthly and abide by the rules. The first time I saw my apt there were problems that were told to me would be taken care of before the actual move in was to take place. I moved in on a Saturday and the problems were still there, along w' new ...Full review of Nia Terrace

the storm drain is broke and a child fell in and you dont care - I have tried to get some kind of attention from the land owner by talking to management and I get the run around. I am left with no choice but to contact an attorney on this matter . I do like living here but this issue can not be ignored . this drain has been broken for about one year and a safety cone was placed over the hole but other residents run it over and it then falls over or in the ...Full review of Bridge Point Ii Villas

I have lived in worse for more money! - These apartments are not luxurious and they have a lot of little maintenance issues and you will need lamps for every room. But overall these apartments are not a bad place to live. They are gigantic! I moved into a 3 bedroom and I have 60 sq ft more in this apartment than my last and I pay $300 less a month. The biggest plus is that there are so many businesses close to them you will also save ...Full review of Cedars Of Baymeadows
