Been there over 5 years and Love it - I have lived as a tenant in a privately owned condo for over 5 years and I have to say I love the Reserve at James Island! Best apartments in Jax! - I moved to Jacksonville in 2006 and I have moved SEVEN times in these past six years! I was never able to find a place I was happy at until I found Pickwick!
