More Pros than Cons - Pros: -Price/Flexible Lease Terms: For a two bedroom, we were paying less than 700$, and you really can't beat that. Water is included in the rent. Also, they offer rather flexible lease terms, with the shortest at 7 months. Also, after your lease is up, month to month is available, yet at an extra charge. Happy... - I've been here 4 months and no issues. I checked a lot of places when I moved down here and this was the best choice for location, price, shopping, restaurants and work. It is a great location. Price is right there with many other similar properties. Maintenance requests done within 24 hours. Amenities are good with 2 pools. Gated community and no real worries.
