Living conditions are horrible, kitchen sink shocks you when you try to do dishes, Maintinance staff has no idea what they are doing, AC is always leaking which causes a black mold to form and the diningroom ceiling to crumble, People break in to cars all the time, Parking Lot is cluttered, there is never enough parking spaces for everyone, Apartment floors creak and dent downwards, paint is not redone when people move out it is only painted OVER multiple times, I lived in an apartment for a year before realizing that their careless staff had failed to tell me that my front door had been kicked in at least 5 years prior to me moving in, and I was assualted at their swimming pool and the management ruined my chances of taking my case to a court of law because their swimming pool that is supposed to be under surveilance 24/7 had no cameras watching it that sunday and as I found out later they are never on any sunday. They never do any kind of cleaning around the back of the complex, their are TONS of wild cats everywhere, And now that i have found someplace better they are harrassing me to pay $990 in damages for damages that are due to their own carelessness not mine! I DO NOT THINK ANYONE SHOULD WANT TO LIVE THERE EVER!
