I've been a renter for years, and honestly this has been the worst place I have ever lived. In the span of time that I lived in Abbington Square Apartments, many things went wrong that had to do with both my health and my belongings. On my second day living there my license plate was stolen, and then a month later my hubcaps were damaged in the attempt to steal them. And THEN, my last month living there, my entire car was stolen. Needless to say, the security there definitely needs vast improvement. Secondly, the apartments condition itself was horrible. My air conditioning leaked on a regular basis, and when the maintenance department was contacted, someone showed up who did not know what they were doing. And in one night I had to call him back four times to fix what he apparently could not. Then when they finally fixed it, they proceeded to do so when I was not home, and then put a fan under my upstairs carpet-- it was that wet. The fan stayed there for five days. And then asked me to return it to them. Also in my kitchen, the diswasher didn't work and the sink leaked-- which caused mold, and caused me to get a bacterial infection. And one afternoon, a friend and I were sitting outside my front door, and a gentleman approached us... and asked us to buy crack. If you have children I suggest you stay far far away from this apartment complex!!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I have 2 bathrooms and neither one has had a toilet that worked properly in over 2 years. All of the sinks drain slow. We had almost the exact same problem with the air conditioning. They even went to the point of repairing the blinds with a paper clip. Weather stripping of the doors is the absolute worst.

I know how you feel. My a/c has been leaking for about a week now. I call maintenance EVERY DAY and they insist there is nothing wrong with it.
