Where do I begin, upon moving in the apartment was still nasty. My wife had to go through and clean it again before we could even move in. The constant AC problems which never get fixed, apparently its just the renters imagining the AC problems. The black mold around the bath tubs and faucets which they refuse to fix. Then there is the parking or lack there of. My brand new car has been painted on and hit by workers hired by the management. Not to mention the feces in one of the stair wells which has been brought to their attention but still hasn't been taken care of yet Oh yeah I almost forgot the constant drug deals and so forth that take place around the complex. This is not a good enviroment for full grown adults, let alone kids. You pay almost a arm and a leg for these apartments. They are no were near worth it. The pest control is a problem too. You have to wait till you get bugs, then you can request pest control. Even then it will take two weeks for them to show up.
