Well to start, the complex seemed to look alright when I first moved in. It quickly went downhill from there. I had sewage that rose in the sink in my upstairs bathroom. A few weeks after that I had sewage rising in the kitchen sink. Next, I had to deal with my AC unit leaking buckets of water a day. They eventually had to replace the unit, only to cause the breaker unit to keep tripping, shutting off the power of my upstairs. Of course, I ended up having neighbors that were not the cleanest people, with their bugs move in. I was accused of causing the bugs even though I had lived there for one year without them. I was told that pest control sprayed the units every Tuesday. I have never seen them. Then there is the parking issue as I saw someone else state. I feel that I should not pay all of that rent and have to walk across the parking lot to get to my front door, carrying groceries and whatever else. One blanket letter was placed in the doors of the people in my building asking them to have their visitors park near the office. Yeah, like that worked. More recently, people moved into the building next to the one that I live in that like to stay outside all night talking loud, arguing, stealing each others cars and throwing beer bottles in the dumpsters. These sounds are like your TV turned up loud because there is a sliding glass door separating my room from the outside, where anyone can walk past my bedroom on the balcony. My last complaint is that they got rid of the only nice people that halfway ran the office well in order to replace them wtih a woman that does not answer the phone, does not return calls from voicemail and closes the office early at her convenience. I have to go on my lunch break most of the time to get my deliveries or send my daughter for them since she gets there too early for the office to close. That place turned into a real nightmare. I am so glad that I only have two more days there. I hope this helps anyone that was considering moving there. Don't do it!
