Horrible maintenance,it took them almost a month to fix a leaking ac unit. my carpet almost mildewed from so much water and maintenance didnt even clean it. I had old pipes that had to be replaced and there was a big hole left in my bathtub tile that was never patched up. i had a break in, my door was kicked off the hinges and i called the emergency maintenance line 3 times and no one ever came out to fix my door, i had to leave my apartment. When i followed up with the office the next day they still had no idea i had a break in. Office changed management 3 times since i've been livivng there, and no one keeps there word on anything they tell u. Very unorganized poor community to live in. I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here!

MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!Absolutley horribe! My wife was robbed at gunpoint in front of our apartment partly because the parking lot lighting was so dim. I am currently thinking about filing a law suit againt the apartment company. Management was good when we moved there in 07 and they were replaced by a management team that didnt care about the well being of the tenants. I couldnt use my balcony for a year because the foundation was falling apart and the concreate was cracking. My neighbor sold drugs out of his house and was raided by police monthy.... and the management did nothing.
