Falling Apart

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Average Apartment. Fixtures are old and falling apart. And there was a recent $100 rent increase. Management's motto: If it falls apart, we're not replacing it. Great Lake views. If they replace older peeling cabinets and old peeling floor tile, and keep the washer and dryers in every unit, the Antlers would be an average first apartment.
