I moved to Florida about a year ago and I had no idea what I was getting myself into w/ this apartment complex. First bugs galore, windows suck, gates suck, pool is dirty, all the appliances are ancient, bathroom and kitchen floors are peeling up from leaks and just flat out too old, kitchen is small and ugly, carpets are horrible, management never does anything, landscaping sucks, maintenance shows up although I shouldn't have to know all of them on a first name basis, apartments are long and narrow, playground is from the 50's, vollyball court is a sandpit, don't leave anything outside your door or it's $25 out of your pocket, oh yeah don't be late on your Viterra bill or they will come break down your door and charge you to fix it, well not that extreme. Bottom line on a scale of one to ten I give this place a -5...Good Luck
