I've been here three months now and its not as bad as some of the other reviewers make it out to be. I saw all of the apartments along Southside Blvd and Baymeadows when I was apartment hunting and the fact is that they're all more or less the same. All of these apartments were built in the 80s. As compared to the other apartments (Paradise Island or Chase Oaks for example) I liked Antlers better because its spread out over a larger area so it doesn't feel like you're cramped between 300 people. Parking is never a problem, the folks in the office are nice enough.. you're only going to deal with them once or twice a month anyways. The gym sucks though - its a tiny room with a few treadmills and some weight training equipment. Probably the only apartment complex in the area that is gated - although it doesn't really mean that its any more secure than the non-gated communities. Its very peaceful though, some people have pets but not many. The appliances are functional but very old models. All in all its a decent place to live for a year or two I guess.
