I moved into the Antlers in Jan. 2000, and at first I thought they were great. Sure they were a little old and possibly needed a little repair, but I was told that the maintance staff was "on it" and they were upgradeing... boy was I lied to!!!
Nothing was fixed and they were constantly charging me for "service calls". I was told when I moved in... "cats are not included in the pet fees... only dogs" so I got a cat... then 2 months later maintance came into my apt... unannounced and reported me after I complained about them coming in and eating food from my refridgerator for having an unauthourized cat!!!! When I went to resign my lease (only because of lack of funds)they made me wait a month''' which I found out later was so they could charge me an extra month of rent when I "thought" my rent was up... the whole time I was there not one person remained on staff... so that should tell you something right there.... they can't even keep employees.... SUPER STAR SERVICE MY ASS!!! MORE LIKE SUPER STAR RIP OFF!!!!!!
