Cheaper apartment complex on the Southside, but for a reason. The carpeting is horrible. Not long after moving in a one bedroom we were trying to figure out where the frog came from that was in our bedroom, only to discover we could lift the corner of the carpet up in our room and pull it back to discover dirt and bugs. After telling management they had someone come in and and shoot a couple stables in it, which didnt stop the bigger problem, now water from the rain was coming up through the carpet. Our washer flooded our apartment once. The bugs are HORRIBLE. To my horror, I was woke one night by a palmetto bug crawling down my leg in my BED! I walk on eggshell waiting for the next creepy crawler to appear. Most recently, my boyfriend had a roach visit him, by crawling up his leg while watching TV. Floor in the kitchen and bathrooms old and never appear clean. Cabinet doors old and hanging on hinges, windows either barley open or dont lock. Poor design, dont get happy about the fireplace it was put where your entertainment center is suppose to go, awkward lay out in apartments.
