I rented a place here after my buddy had just signed a lease. After about a month both of us regretted our decision. Somebody tried to steal my car in the parking lot, they broke out my window and tried to hot wire it, luckily they somehow shorted out my battery and fried something. There were air conditioning problems the whole time I lived there, water kept leaking from the apartment above me, and there was extremely poor customer service. there are alot nicer places to rent! The way the market is right now, you'd be better off buying a townhome for less than rent is most places.
