These apartments are old, but being renovated so it seems you can have a good or bad experience based on the condition of the apartment you rent. Unfortunately all the apartments are not the same here. When my husband & I toured a few before moving in, each had different carpeting, blinds, kitchen flooring and appliances. Fortunately, the apartment we leased ended up being the best apartment I have ever veiwed at this place. Brand new berber carpeting, new stylish kitchen/bathroom flooring, new oven/stove, new over-the-stove microwave, new blinds, and new paint. Ours is also situated on a corner space, and is very quiet. But I also have a few friends who live here, and their apartments aren't nearly as nice. The staff have been helpful and kind to us, but we have also never complained or paid our rent late. My best comment would be that they worked with us, rent wise, when we set up the lease and gave us a discounted price that better fit our budget (I think the credit check also helped here.) My worst complaint is the bugs. Yes, we do have some roaches, even though they offer a free pest service. But, I have never lived anywhere in north Florida where there werent any bugs - even in a new house. And they are only occasional, and more so in the summer - but still better than most places I've lived around here. I would recommend this place to anyone - but would also advise that they thoroughly investigate the condition of an apartment before they sign the lease.
