Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The apartment we rented had just had new appliances and carpeting put in so it looked pretty good. Towards the end of our lease we have a major problem with water leakage so my roommate's entire closet and a lot of the contents in it were ruined. We had to fight for any kind of reimbursement. For the price it was a decent apartment. Staff was the biggest letdown.
