Ive lived in the complex about 4 months now and its pretty nice. If there is a problem with your apartment management is very responsive. There is never much noise around to be bothered by. The only issue that I have had is with the gates. In most cases you need a land line to work the gates because many cell services wont work. So you must resort to a land line and it has to be bellsouth, even then sometimes the gate will not open for friends. Overall I think the apartment is very nice maybe slightly over priced but very nice.
