After living in the apartment complex for several years, not missing a rent due date. I move out and find several charges that they seem to make up to get my deposit. I put down more of a deposit then normal because I did not have a great credit score. (i saw nothing wrong with that)But to get charged to replace my carpet after only a couples of years use. WRONG. The carpet looked better when i moved out then when a friend of mine who just moved in to another apartment.
The Rent goes up it seems about 10 to 14 percent each year. But there is nothing to show for it. The "GATED COMMUNITY" is technically gated but is broke about 80% of the time. So if your wanting a gated community DO NOT EXPECT ONE HERE. They charge more for sewer service then your actual water bill, not to mention the steep charge for trash pickup that seems to stay full.
