Im currently a resident here and if I wasnt broke I would break my lease in a heartbeat!!! The COCKROACHES!!! OMG!!! I think I have spent more money in bug killer then rent!!! And dont even ask for reinbursement, they will laugh at you. And when you call about them you are totally igroned. The "fake" air vent thing above the shower has funny smells coming from it, the carpet is nasty and not even stapled to the baseboards. You can literally left the whole carpet up in one bedroom!! And I live near the Broken gate, they call security, and do not enforce a speed limit or noise limit after hours. So you have stupid kids blasting their stupid music at 3am. HORRIBLE!!!!
