This is a nice apartment except for 2 flaws: tiny kitchens and infestation.

The kitchen is a 5'x3' alcove in the wall with miniature appliances and one open counterspace.

There is a cockroach problem. Many of the disabled people that live there probably don't care forthemselves well and are dirty and contribute to the bug problem. I tried sprays, foggers, roach motels, and pest conrol, but nothing resolved the problem. I saw about 4 roaches per day, on average.
