If you enjoy very noisy neighbors, major bass thumping coming from apartments and cars - noise noise and more noise, then this is the place for you!! If only it had rats then it would score a perfect 0. Granted if you're into ghetto trash then you'll love this festering hole. when I moved in a nasty T-shirt was hurled on the roof of my building, one year later, even hurricane season, the t-shirt survives - management does care but let's face it - this is the ghetto and their hands are tied - ghetto trash rules this town and "they know their rights".
