I came here with high hopes. I expected many great things here at Ashton Ridge. That was shot down within the first month of me being here. If something breaks, don't expect to have it fixed until next week. (not to mention many calls to the office...without these calls, it could take them 3 weeks to fix). I hope you dont like to take showers or brush your teeth or use the toilet...they shut the water off AT LEAST EVERY 2 WEEKS for a day at a time. One week, they told us that the water would be shut off for Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Monday of the next week. How can this make sense when I PAY MY BILLS EVERY MONTH ON TIME'''''' Don't let the smiling office staff sweet talk you into a year long lease, they lie to your face. They slap you in the face with hidden charges left and right. Also, lets hope you dont like getting broken into. If you do, then this is the place for you!!! They have JSO here patrolling a few mins daily, but that obviously didnt stop them from breaking into my apt! Neighbors are LOUD and OBNOXIOUS! (sp') Parking...psh! forget about parking near your apt...try walking about a block or two to your car. Unless you come home around 1 or 2 in the morning on a saturday when THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS OUT CLUBBING!!! These people are inconsiderate and rude. The kids are rude as ever. I WARN YOU, STAY AWAY FROM ASHTON RIDGE AT ALL COSTS!'!'!'!'!
