The inside of the apartments are somewhat decent but on the outside it looks like something from 8 mile. The apartments are very spacious for the price however if something breaks dont plan on maintnance to fix it! I have had to call maintnance about my ac not working 5 times and the issue is still not resolved. The property manager is completely disrespectful and rude. She acts like you are a problem and not a resident. There is always trash on the grounds outside and people walking around in the parking lot being loud at all hours of the night. Walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING. Not a good place for a single woman like myself to live. There is paint all over the carpets and they actually painted OVER an old alarm system someone previously had installed. Bathrooms and kitchen are horrible paint is peeling everywhere and even dropped on the tile and bathroom counters.

I agree 100% the maintenance is horrible. They never seem to get to much of anything fixed the first time around. The bathrooms have been a problem every since the beginning of me becoming a tenant, and there are still leaks everytime they say it's fixed...But that's where management should step in and get new maintenance men or go ahead and get a professional plumber...I feel you totally there are some positives about these apartments and there are a whole lot of negatives...

I don't agree with you 100%. There is landscaping issues. The grass and fleas are horrable, but the staff is nice. The manager and asssitant have always treated me with respect. the leasing girls are very nice and helpful. I enjoy stopping by the office and chat with the staff. They did have bad maintenance team, but it got better. My grandmother also lives here and has been helped with her bags and they take her on the golf cart to the front of the property so she can catch the bus. I also like the resident parties that they have. The gave free rent one month and the next gave my son school supplies.Although there is some needed improvment, I'm happy with Ashton Ridge and will be renewing my lease.

I also agree the maintenance staff sucks and the landscaping needs to be taken care of. Some of the staff members are nice but the assistant manager is horrible. She is so rude I called about an issue and she wouldn't give me straight answers. When I called her on it she got very pissed off and became quite rude.
