ALL MY NEIGHBOR CHECK THIS OUT:

Today I found out that we do not have a property manager. The word on the street is that the asst --------AKA :Spanish Fly" is taking over. I promise if her rude ass gets promoted I'm moving out. If you are a resident here you know what I'm talking about. She's rude and very disrespectful to the residents.

Oh I forgot to mention that she's having relation with one of the maint staff. He was seen coming out of her apartment last weekend. I guess that's why none of our work order are beening compeleted. But everybody in my building hates her my neighnor has picture of the maint guy coming out of her apartment. As soon as I get my hands on them I will download so you all can get a good laugh.

It's so funny that pepole don't have anything else to do with thier time. Sad to see that you live in the officeand witht the staff and not in your apartment. As a friend of the staff taking pictures and posting them is slander , grow up and find something else to do. Why is it an issue what any one does in thier home. Nobody is looking or caring about what you do, maybe that is the reason you care so much about what she does. But any ways, don't believe everything you hear. Bitter pepole will always be that no matter what. Ashton Ridge is a great place to live and we can't wait till these children move out. If you really want to know about this property stop in and meet the staff. You will see that these reviews are not true. But I have been here for 3 years and STILL LOVE IT!

Y r ppl always in other ppl business. Who care about other ppl personal life. We need to be more focused on the presidential election and/or things that concern ourselves. This neighborhood has its problems as well as many others. The staff is doing all that they can and more to ensure a better quality home for us. Remember this place was a dump a year ago..we've been through so many prop. mangrs etc. Everyone that is in the office has been there a while now. Be thankful for the changes that Ashton Ridge has made! Personal is personal..mind ur own business.

I agree that it doesn't matter which staff members are sleeping with other staff members or how about the ones sleeping with tenants? The problem here is that the staff memebers like to tell eachothers dirty laundry to us tenants. The Real problem here is that the grounds look like crap, neighbors are rude and play there music to loud. If you have something broken in your apartment they don't fix it because they don't have supplies(again coming from the staff). These are the true problems, and yes I agree the assistant is rude sometimes so I hope she doesn't become the manager. Again where is our rent money going? Fix the problems then people will be happy.

Changes? What changes????? I really wish staff member wouldn't comment because your comments are B.S. If your were a real residenet you would feel my PAIN. And as for who the staff member sleep with is not my business. But when the play play acting manager drug dealing boyfriend tells all her business. Then is becomes all of Ashton Ridges business.
