I am tired of this place. They don't do anything to keep the grounds up. The maintenance staff says they don't have anyway to get the supplies they need to fix the problems in the apartments. The office staff blames eachother for why things are going wrong. The manager is now gone and there is talk that the assistant manager will get the manager job. That will be a huge issue considering you never know what attitude she is going to have. Her mood changes daily one minute she is fine and the next minute she is flying off the walls. That treatment is completely unacceptable as an assistant let alone a manager. Plus according to her staff memebers and other tenats she likes the men around the property. If you like drama,disfunction, and nothing being fixed then you should come live here.

There we go again. This place has so many issues like pest control and the grass. My apt is nice but I do have some open work orders that have not been done. But the resident don't care about that it seems. All you guys are writting is about the staff, who is racist, who is sleeping with who, etc. That is not the propblem. Seems like you are getting off track. Seems like the drama is coiming from us not the staff. I know for a fact that when the staff goes home they are not thinking about who you are sleeping with. They think about their home and personal life. You should do the same. We as resident must stay focus on what is at hand. We need this place to get better, we need pest control and our laundry rooms fixed, we need better security and work order to get done. Who cares what staff member is doing what. As long as my apartment gets fixed that is all anyone should care about!

I agree that these things need to be done and these are the real problems. But the staff is an issue or it wouldn't be one of the things you get to rate on this site. Sounds like whoever wrote this is a staff member...not a tenant. If it is a staff member then you need to fix the problems and make our life here better. By the way I don't give a crap about your personal life but when your fellow emploees talk about it as well as other people who live in the buildings its hard to get away from. Why don't you fix our problems and move to a different building if you don't want people knowing what your doing.

The manager was good she seems cared about the resident the assistant manager is nothing but a liar and dont know how to do anything. she does sleep around alot let alone with all those mood swings. the white lady that comes there acts like she is going to get everything all fixed but she dont do anything either. I feel so sorry fo the maint staff because they cant fix crap because they dont have any money. the management company never return your phone calls and they still havent sent me my deposit back and its been over 90 days. the assitant needs to get some more training maybe she should have trained better with her manager she is the only one that knew what she was talking about. but that is prob why she left because her assistant is dumb...this place needs to be torn down and made a parking lot. I am reporting this company to the news and the BBB because I should have my deposit by now.

This place is a disaster, they need to send over a bull dozer and demolish these apartments. They are roach infested, flea infested, and I want to break my lease. They want their money on the first but they cant fix my leaking roof that's been leaking since August 2008, what a shame? The office is fully disfunctional, nothing is ever done proper at this place.---let's not forget the service! The better business bureau needs to get involved, im serious, my aunt says she went in to seek an apartment and the big lady was so unorganized and couldn't find anything, what a turn off, she also stated the girl was eating/licking fingers instead of trying to show her the model apartment-long story short, my aunt will not be renting from them. Do they honestly think I care about the "resident referral" They claim they will take $300 off your rent if you refer someone...that's hilarious, I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to these apartments.

sounds a lot like Water's Edge Apartments here on the Northside of Jax. You talk about a staff that does not do anything, heck this must be Ashton's Ridge's twin community. BTW, if you've watched the news recently then surely you are aware of the dead body that was found in one of our dumpters. I think it is mighty negligent of the apartment staff here not to even send out a memo to the tenants about the incident. If it hadn't been for friends I know and the news of course, tenants would have never known. Granted the body was brought here and dumped, but that says volumes about the property dontcha think? There are so many drugs in this community it's not even funny. Beginning in March 08, things here started to go down hill fast, which coincided with the onboarding of supposedly a new and improved apartment staff..BUNK!!! The grass wasn't cut for months!! It looked like a jungle out here...and the trash, OMG! Yeah, granted we got some really nasty peeps that live here and don't care nothing about continuing their ghetto ways, but the Staff is still responsible for maintaining the community grounds. There are more roaches here now then there are tenants!...LOL
