this is a sorry excuse for an apartment complex. The problems I have had are with both the management and other residents as well as with residents at neighboring complexes... fights. drugs. parties. speeding and reckless drivers. unfinished maintenance requests. lost rent checks. broken ac. broken window. broken dishwasher. clogged pipes. loose stairs. nasty carpet. overfilled dumpsters. slippery stairs. uncut grass. stolen items from outside our front door. potholes. rude staff. inconsistent services. (they filled in one pool, fired the courtesy officer, and can't fix the gym)
