We moved in and they never let us see the apartment before we moved in becuase per their words they were putting new carpet in. Well when we first moved in the carpet was not brand new and there we so many flaws with the apartment and we lived there for one year and the flaws were never fixed even when we asked them several times during that year to fix them. I was also pregnant and when the manager of the apartments yelled and screamed at me becuase I questioned their late fee policy becuase they charged us a late fee when they should not have. Rent was paid the last day it was due and they lost it. I had a reciept of them paying cashing it though and she still yelled, and I am not kidding she YELLED and got me so upset that I had to go to the hospital becuase my blood pressure rose so high. I would never ever live there again and would hope that no one else would either. Too many people late at night fighting in the streets while I lived there and the one and only office staff member that was good left becuase he did not like the way they were treating there residents. You make your own decision but I warned you before.

The grounds were kept up some times but when pulling out of the apartment you could not see if any cars were coming form the other way becuase the trees were in the way. Also the laudry facilities were run by cards not money, you had to go into the office to fill up the card with money from a machine and then put it into the washer and/or dryer and sometimes it worked. Most the time it did not. We had to buy at least 5 cards that year becuase they kept not working and when the office decided not to be open when they are supposed to you could not fill up the card so you could not do laundry
