This is a horrible place to live, ANYTHING is better than this. My Fiancee and I moved in these apartments in Dec. Great location and OK rent. We knew the apartments were built in 1964 went we moved in, so we expected wear an tare. We did not expect to see where our door had been kicked in or holes in the walls, we got both. The garbage disposal has not worked since we moved in and we have called once a week since we moved it. The water stops working at random, they turn it off due to leaks in other apartments. The washer and dryer connections did not work, so they sent out a letter asking everyone to remove their things from their closet and sink so the plummer could fix the W/D connections. We were without a closet for 3 weeks. We then realized they would not be coming back to put the wall back in. We have entire wall missing in our closet where the washer and dryer went. To top that we came home to have lunch one day and found our door unlocked, back door wide open and our electrical box torn out of our wall. They gave no notice that they would be in our apartment. The front office had no idea that anyone was in our apartment when we confronted them. They instead got angry with us and told us it might be "the city" in which case they would have no notice. Well if the city was in our apartment who the hell let them in' I know if I was living in a house the city would not just break into my house and fix things. We called corporate to complain and they said to fill out a form. We asked what would happen to the form and they said it would be filed. If you can avoid living here, please do. This is a horrible place to live, the walls are thin and apartment is not weather proof. I am allergic to pollen and there are small gaps between the windows and walls as well as doors and walls.. the pollen gets in and I get sick. People knock on our door at 10 at night to sell us things... ALL THE TIME. We hear people fighting, car alarms goign off. A woman was mugged near our apartment just a few days ago. This place in not safe. They recently put up a sign that said "under renovations".. now there is constant construction. Don't live here Please.
