Okk, what you pay for, is what you get!! These are the cheapest apartments in the southside area. And for GOOD REASON! They are currently under new mngmnt and claim to be updating things. Well instead of repaving the roads in the apartment complex, why don't they fix the balcony's that are caving in above most bottom floor apartments. Why don't they get new piping... everytime you run any water it is dirty, cloudy and filled with setiment. It is disgusting! I personally have not had any problems with bugs or roaches, but I live in the front of the complex, away from the ponds and infestations. As far as maitenence goes, I have the same broken kitchen drawer that needs a new track since I moved in. It was broken upon moving in, and now that my lease is up next month, it is still broken. So that tells you about maitenence! And if you have children, trust me... this is not a SAFE neighborhood. Wires and broken boards with nails lay around for months at a time. I have called City of Jax health code violations several times because things have gotton so bad. Please do not move here, spend the extra 150.00 bucks and go somewhere nicer. You will not regret it!
