The maintenance staff is rude and even combative--even when treated with courtesy and respect...more so if you dare to act upset when issues that are over 4 months old don't get addressed. The office staff is misleading. The gym is in total disrepair and unusable. the clubhouse does not exist. the sauna does not exist. The tennis courts look like they've been deserted, but hey--the car wash works...if you put money into it...look somewhere else...The complaint number for the national office (which the local staff will never give you...is 800-999-8600 option #2...be sure to call them back in three days to see what action has been taken by the national/regional office.)

Wow! I wish I would have had that number when I lived there, and trust me, I looked for it! I wasn't even aware they had a maintenance staff, as they were never able to locate my unit in the 12 months I lived there. This is only a place to lay your head while you are trying to get on your feet, or making some sort of transition in life, this is definitely not someplace one could call HOME!!!!!!
