It's the cheapest apt in the nice area of Southside. Close to the malls and lots of restaurants nearby. Right next to the FCCJ. The community is kept up. The pool is clean and there's new equipment in the gym and new playground. Maintenance men are nice, and I have no problems with the neighbors...but I keep to myself anyway. I have no bug problems and my apartment is actually nice for the age of the buildings. It's quiet at night and I feel safe here, especially living across an officer. Don't always listen to reviews because sometimes they are from disgruntled residents or former ones. Just go and take a look yourself.
