It was disaster from the outset. I was told by one of the unhelpful staff at the inspection, the complex was building a 100 acre lake out the back. Turns out a construction zone is for a mall. The staff are incompetent, untruthful, and do not have an IQ in double digits between them. The refrigerator broke down twice in the first month, both instances the slow maintenance reaction time resulted in the frozen food to thaw. Upon moving out, the management ensured they kept our pet deposit despite the apartment being spotless. Every other resident we spoke to was dissatisfied with their experience, particularly with the staff delivering on rent specials. There is a significant problem with mold across the whole complex. This has resulted in a lawsuit and many apartments being uninhabitable until maitenance try to 'cover up' the mold. I would rather share an outhouse with Charles Manson than live there again. Under NO circumstances should you move there. If you do decide to drop by for a look, take the time to speak to a current resident to find the truth for yourself.
