Horrible, horrible, horrible. I didn't have the plumbing and mold problems, but the staff was disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. I had problems with a particular maintence man sexually harrassing me (actually offering me money to sleep with him) and the manager did nothing and said that he just had a crush on and that he didn't mean any harm. I lived in fear that this man would walk into my apartment at any moment since he had access to keys and yet it was no big to the manager.

The other girls in the office are sometimes superficially friendly, but they are HUGE gossips - very nasty ones at that. If you don't want your personal life being discussed amoungst the office staff, and even other residents, do not move here. Worst apartment experience I have ever had.
