Lived there for about a year and had enough. When I first found the place I was in love. Thick walls, nice layout and good location. My co-worker also got an apartment there at the same time. The beginning was OK, but the mold and ants began to move in. We had ants the kept coming in the same place. All the maintenance team did was vacuum the spot. My co-worker went on vacation and when he came back he had dead termites everywhere. They ate up his windowsills and anything that was wood around there. There were a lot more issues, but I think they are covered in the previous reviews.
