We moved to Jax in March. I liked the area Portofino was located in so we moved in. The apts are very convenient to everything in Jax which is good. Parking hasn't really been an issue. However, you can not keep your car clean from the dirty, stinky sprinklers. They constantly water the grass, cars, sidewalks, and streets. I thought there were watering restrictions. And, since when does concrete need so much water' I haven't notice a mold problem, fortunately. The walls being soundproof are a joke. My neighbors vaccum every other day, theirs dogs bark, and it sounds like someone drops a bowling ball nightly. Needless to say, the walls are not soundproof. You can definitely hear those around you. We have had a pet issue. In that, we were told we could not have an animal that was over 35 lbs at maturity. However, just today, I saw two neighbors with a lab puppy and a golden retriever puppy. Huhh, I thought those dogs got over 35 lbs. They must be the new miniture breed. I don't care for the office staff. They have changed manangement since we moved in and I just don't care for them. They all look at you like you are crazy when you walk into the office and ask a questions. Anyway, overall, I probably wouldn't move back here. But, it will do for now. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
