We moved into these apts in July. The location was great and office seemed so nice. We had a very rude awakening. The apt unit we got is basically falling apart and we are paying 1465 a month for it. the ac barely works, the disposal alway backs up. When I called the office they sent out a tech named Randy. He advised me to put my hand in the disposal and push the food down to get it to work!!!!!!!! He also explained that I am not running my ac right. Well I grew up in florida and I think by now I know how to run the ac. The smell from the sprinklers is the worst. It comes in through the windows. It smells like a full porta potty on a hot summer day. We are stuck with our lease. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. its a rip off for what you get and there is coomon sense among the staff. If you are considering this place I would run in the opposite direction and save yourselves. and when you park don't expect it to be near your building. Also at the price you pay you don't even get ceiling lights in your bedrooms
