Avenue Royale

A place to call home From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   We moved from out of state and found Avenue Royale tucked away on a side street near the Avenues mall. The area has "A" schools and the people who live here are very nice to have as neighbors. I like the private entrances, (I always hated breezeways) and there are only 2 levels so it is not over crowded. Parking is good and the property is gated at night. We have only been here for 4 months and it is one of the nicest places we have lived at.
