I had a lot of water problems when I first moved in but they were quick to fix everything and now I am very happy. It is an extremely quiet area and gives the feel of your own home. Landscaping is kept up nicely and management and staff very friendly. Apartments are old and I do get a musty smell in my cupboards but the units definitely have character and are very "homey".
