Overall this is a great place for the rent. The location is awsome and the maintance staff is awsome- they are always so nice and come very quickly. Management has been nice for the most part. Now, the apartments are OLD. We are in the South village 1 bed study. The oven sucks, the microwave sucks, the carpet was stained from move-in, and there is mold growing in the storage. They have a yard crew working like every other saturday at 8 am which is ANNOYING!!! We moved here becuase our apartment was near the hot tub and in two years of complaints the longest it's worked has been maybe 1-2 months. They say they are trying to fix it, but at some point all 3 of the hot tubs on the property were broken. Also, the parking area is VERY poorly lit, although it is generally a safe area. Our water has been reasoable, but electricity has bee out of this world! We had one bill $150 over the summer for two people who are hardly ever here. But, for the area the rents are low so I guess it all evens out. Overall we reccomed it because we've lived here for 2 years now and have been very content. The staff here really makes this place worth living despite some of the other issues.
