Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Staff is kind to your face, but not so much on the phone or after you sign the lease.

There are 4 pools and 3 jacuzzi's located here. Through out the entire summer at least 2 pools were closed at any given time, and none of the jacuzzi's are ever working.

The neighborhood is reasonably quiet, but the complex is not managed effectively.
