I have been reading the comments from everyone and have come to the conclusion that people are using this site to tell feeble stories. I have been living here for over ten years, yes I have had some problems with water leaks, a/c not cooling properly, old appliances and old cabinets. But to be honest the maintenance staff has been wonderful. Always friendly and respond quickly even after hours. The office staff has gone some changes but overall they have been good. I feel safe living here and I have not seen any gang activities and I know that the office does a criminal background check before they let you move in.

The lady venting about gangs and peeping toms question how did the peeping tom get into your apt. and get your underwear' Please do not hurt yourself with the gun being under all the meds could cause you to see things that aren't there.

To the women who claims that her apartment was broken into while she was asleep as your neighbor I remember that day and noticed the management staff going over board to secure your home I also remember a lot of wild parties till early hours of the night. be careful where you toss your stones.

Iam glad to see the changes taking place here and feel once it is done this will be the place everyone will want to live. To the staff keep up the good work you are all appreciated.

Enough is enough quit venting if you do not want to be apart of the NEW Image then move out.It's just that simple

I am glad o see that you are looking for a change with the new management taking over, however, the problems were there before they took over and little has been done to correct them. The larger issue is the crime along Southside Blvd. Who among us would actually think hat the breakins and peeping toms are residents. Duh!! I don't think so either. But the new management staff has done little to correct the "old" fixtures around the complex; i.e. Locks, windows, lighting or even appliances. Quit trying to paint the rosey picture. Things might change, but they are not there yet.

to the 05/06/2007 post. do you know what you're talking about? they are refurbishing almost all the apartments AND they let you pick your own appliances (if you want stainless steel you got it), pick your lighting, pick your countertops, and pick your color of paint. and this all happens before you move in. AND they have electronic keys! which cant be duplicated! you need to know what you're talking about before you open your mouth
