I moved in from NC and they were really nice at first, then the problems started I had not live there for two weeks when my plumbing started acting up. I was always losing hot water and when I complained they would send someone out and they would look at it and it wouldn't get fixed. In total after many maintance calls, a complete apartment repipe and a new water heater in two months of living there I am sick of this place. Then I payed my rent on the 4th in the drop box and they hit me with a 75.00 fee, never gave me a copy of my lease, and are rude when you have a problem, nice when they ---- up and loose a rent credit and just overall EXPENSIVE for the sad crap you get do yourself a favor and look somewere else. I am bring my lease and they can kiss it because I am through paying, I would rather have this on my credit for five years than keep living here one more day!

If you broke your lease due to the uninhabitability of your apartment (e.g., no hot water, flooding), you were entitled to "break your lease" under Florida Statutes Chapter 83 Landlord Tenant Laws. Please contact us at punkiepai@yahoo.com. We are proceeding with litigation against RenaissancePG dba Avistele for issues just like this as well as others. We would like you to have your day in court and help us to get the truth out and make things right (e.g., like if your credit has been dinged).
