Don't understand the bad reviews. This place is pretty special and the office staff reminds us of that every day or week as we run into them. Every apartment I've ever lived in has had it's share of maintenance issues, but the minor things that come up are handled almost immediately. They must have guys waiting outside my door in case I call. Great for my daughter as it's super close to the bus stop and playground, my husband goes to the golf course and gym, and I love the office pool, it's saltwater!I think some people just like to complain. Come out and see this place, you'll get it.

$20 says someone who works for Avistele wrote this. Even if you've had "okay" experience doesn't mean stuff posted here isn't true. Believe me there is NO WAY I could make up the stuff I wrote about (cloudy sewer water in the tub? cockroaches EVERYWHERE?) and NO WAY I'll ever live there again.

Wow. Not sure why, if I disagree with you (based on my own personal experiences), you assume I must be on the payroll. The fact is, we're happy here.
