That seems to be the majority here.
Some guy was stabbed right outside of my apartment and another guy broke into my apartment.
Parking.. you can forget that because people that don't even LIVE here take all the spots forcing you to park near the curb.
I know I don't feel safe here and it's a ------ side of town inconvienient to any shopping places/grocery stores.
Not to mention, the only schools that children are zoned for, are also pretty much all black.
(I'm not a racist, I just think there should be more racial diversity here)
There's drug dealers and sexual predators here.
But what is worth, there is one swimming pool that is always occupied
and the apartments are spacious (although we've had numerous problems)

If it was so horrendous why did you live there for two years? Last I checked a lease agreement is only a year. You felt so unsafe you decided to do another year, help me to understand the logic behind that one.

The problem isn't the skin color of the residents. It's a HUD property. Unfortunately, there will be higher crime rates on HUD properties regardless of the skin color of the residents. What happened to the assigned parking? Had it when I was there. If you knew about drug dealers living there, why didn't you call the police and notify the management? The management can and does evict drug dealers, as well as people who allow others not on the lease to live in the apartment. Sexual predators should also be reported since Azalea Ridge is so close to Parkwood Heights and Arlington Middle School.

Really it doesn't matter to me but comments like that make me question the current nations stereotypes that are out there to scare other people from accepting my race even after all these years that slavery has ended. if every complaint you had was about or refering to black ppl and you have to make an effort to say you're NOT racist, you probably are. and being that i'm black of course i should want to live by drug dealers & sexual predators. boy i tell ya, the ignorance of some people is un----ing believable...
