I am the new property manager and have been here with Ms. Jeri first of May 2009. I would love to meet you and talk about why you would be moving. Since I have been here I know we have had a few problems but would like to assure you that myself and the staff are trying to fix the problems. You may want to look at what we have done to a vacant apartment and may wish to transfer. As we are making them look as new as possible. The owners have plans to refurbish the outsides as well.
